What to Do with What Your Business is Reflecting Back to You

Filters, barriers, obstacles, walls, problems. Whatever you call them, they are the lenses we look through for what has materialized and what has yet to materialize in our lives.

I recently spoke with a business owner who is frustrated that her staff is people, which for the most part, don’t even consider that their lives could be different, what their potential is as individuals, or how who they become contributes to the lives of the people they serve through the company.

How does she translate her vision to people who walk through their lives without the curiosity to ask of life, what if “this” was possible? How could I…? What if I could change…? I want to create… What if I’m capable of…? How would that contribute to…?

This same scenario could be overlayed to relationships or other areas of our lives. Either way, the pattern – and the solution – are the same.

Inner barriers, filters, obstacles. The world reflects back how we are being, giving us the opportunity to close the gap between what we’re experiencing and what we want to experience, if we wish.

The business owner wants to see her staff flourish in their potential and her company and the clients they serve flourish as well. What she opens in herself, will open that door.

To close the gap between you and your vision is the heart of your evolution. The inner barrier is the problem AND the solution wrapped together. To liberate the energy it holds within you is to open yourself to a bigger version of you that will evolve you…and your business, and your relationships, and…you name it.

One of my clients had visions for her business for 20 years that she had not been able to materialize. When we transformed the energy of the filters and obstacles she was looking through, her business changed. The pieces of her vision started falling into place easily. Now she lives in that vision and her next frontier is formulating.

Changing the filters another client had been creating from meant she was able to quit her second job to make room in her life for the love and life partnership she manifested.

Liberating the energy of the filters you are looking through is to literally transform the neural connections that keep you creating in the same groove day after day.

When you use what is looking back at you from the outside world as a catalyst of for changing the filters within that you’ve been looking through, the world, your business, the relationship field you operate in will reflect back to you accordingly. It is the quantum of creation.
